How are you darkness? I am fine, thanks for asking my condition before, its true that we are not human, but i think its fine to tell that, though we are not human.
About your question, i think i can give you a few advice about it. Firstly how about kill the leader that have a bad moral in there? In my opinion, leader can give a great influence to the citizen. So thats why, maybe kill a bad leader will make the city little better maybe.
Second, how about you disguise yourself as a teacher and teach the student in school? Oh yeah don't forget to cover all your body with some clothes. you will become ghost in black if you don't cover all your body.
That some advice i can give to you. I don't know if it help you but do your best.

Letter from darkness
Dear light
How are you today? Are you fine? Well, who care about that, after all we are not human, is it?
Well light, i just want to tell you something. Its about condition in some city that Razan want me to watch. How should i say this, that city is in chaos condition right now. Human extermination, rape, and stealing is normal in there. Frankly i don;t really care about that, but When i report that to Razan, Razan just order me to change that city into good condition. But c'mon, i am darkness you know.
So thats why, i decided to tell you about this. Maybe you can give me some piece of advice to help me, i really grateful for that. Thats all i think, thanks.
